      彩色图像分析系统由显微镜、计算机系统、摄像系统、彩色图像分析软件包和输出打印机等组成。系统基于32位操作平台（WIN95/98/2000/NT等）模块化设计，全中文友好界面，下拉菜单和快捷按钮操作简便。智能化功能提示和“在线”帮助，随时指导用户进行各种操作。支持多种图像输入设备和图像格式，具有文字和图形编辑功能，提供活动图像调节、图像编辑、图像处理、多种参量测量、图像和数据管理、结果数理分析、逼真图像和数据的打印、输出等各项功能。
        具有开放性特点，可选配多种显微镜（生物、体视、金相等）和图像输入设备（模拟摄像机、数字摄像机、数码相机、扫描仪等），并可依据用户的要求随时添加各种功能及配件（光盘刻录机、激光打印机、喷墨打印机等）以满足不同用户的特殊需求。
Microscope image analysis system is used to view and measure mini-object though microscope image and computer media software, for example: Cell, Crackle and so on, including Geometry, shape, velocity, optical density and pellet  more than 30 parameters, Other parameters makes an inference from these parameters, it improved  the microscopes observed by eyecups or monitor and saved by recorder type. it accesses image, graph and measure result to database built by the system with flexible operating, measuring and managing functions. it provides image compare and statistic analysis. The image of the computer monitor may output to many standard monitors. it is specially used to the fields of biologic, medical, electric, education, police, spinning and weaving ,environment and so on.  

    　

1.图像管理：支持多种图像输入设备（模拟摄像机、数字摄像机、数码相机、扫描仪等）、图像文件的打开、存储、打印、编辑、剪裁、检索等；系统支持多种常用图像存储（.TIF/.JPG/.BMP等)。

2.图像捕捉功能：静态捕捉、动态捕捉、定时自动捕捉、连续捕捉和回放。
3. 标标定：消除放大率误差的影响，实现准确的测量；可以设置、存储、打开和修改标尺。
4.图像处理：图像增强、直方图调节、曲线调节、图像无级灰度处理、图像滤噪（平均、中值）、边缘锐化、图像任意色彩过滤、图像恢复、图像负像、二值图像及灰度变换、图像筛选、抽取轮廓线、细线化等功能。
5.图像变换编辑：图像缩放、旋转、镜向、剪裁、拼接、修补、填充等。
6.活动图像调节：调节实时活动图像的亮度、饱和度、色彩度、对比度，真实再现图像。
7.系统提供多种对目标的自动／手动搜索标示方法：
● 选区工具(方形、圆形、套索和任意多边形、图形选区)及其加减运算，勾画任意形状的目标；
● 魔杖、颜色归纳，自动识别相同颜色灰度范围的目标；
● 图形绘制与编辑工具（画直线、方、圆、任意形状曲线和封闭图形），勾画任意形状的目标；
● 二值化目标图像。
通过本功能搜索标示出感兴趣的目标（多个或单个）后，对其进行测量、处理分析等一系列操作。
8.目标物体筛选、图像分割、剪裁、提取、拼版等功能。
9.多种测量参数：
● 几何参数（长、宽、直径、角度、中心距、任意形状曲线长度、任意封闭形周长和面积）；
● 形态参数（最大/小径、等效直径、长宽比、圆度、椭圆度、球度、轮廓复杂度（形状因子）;
● 颗粒参数（颗粒总数、面积百分比、目标总面积、区域面积）；
● 光密度参数（平均灰度、平均透射率、平均光密度、积分光密度）；
● 速度参数（物体运动速度）。

● 标准测量（工业微小尺寸的测量），测量点、线、圆、椭圆及距离、角度、圆度、同心度等。
10.物体或背景的同色彩标记、自动抽取轮廓、计算及统计分析、填充、标注等
11.颗粒(分散目标)的标记、测量、统计（自动统计颗粒分布区间的个数、面积、百分比等）。
12.图形功能：在图像上画任意线形、颜色的直线、方、圆、任意形状曲线和封闭图形；图形叠加在图像之上，可任意编辑、修改属性、移动、存储和删除等。
13.文字设定及文字注释功能：可在目标任意位置叠加、编辑文字描述，可设定文字描述的字体形状、大小、颜色等，并可对已存在的文字描述进行重新编辑、修改属性、移动、删除和存储等。
测量时目标内的文字描述自动对应此目标，自动添加目标名称。
14.图像组合比对功能：可以实现多幅相似图像的特征对准、精确叠加、相减、逻辑运算、数学运算等；从而比较它们之间的异同，计算它们的相似度。
15.数据库功能：测量数据、图像、图形、文字等内容的存储、打开、检索、维护、编辑和删除等。
16.强大统计分析功能: 统计参数计算，正态、历史、直方、X2、T、F分布及X2、T、F检验， 单因素方差分析和相关性检验等。此功能为开放式，可输入非本系统的实验数据并借助此功能进行数理分析。
17.多种输出方式：
● 照片质量打印输出任意位置、大小的图像（具有刻度尺选项）；
● 打印输出各种报表；（测量数据、图像、图形、文字、测量纪要说明和刻度尺等项目可由用户任意编选）
● 测量结果传送到EXCEL表格处理软件，享用其提供的广泛功能。 
● 打印输出统计分析参数和曲线图表；
● 测量结果等内容永久存储到磁盘数据库；

4.Indentify objects conveniently and have many methods, the system provides 4 methods:

 a) drawing selection by mouse. b) Color Selection through  magic and color sort. c) Black Image by binary image. d) Drawing graphic along object outline. in the same time, you can write text in objects image outline , the text will express the measuring result. the methods may be changed each other.  

5. May display and merge image in different layer in order to enlarge fields.  

6. Powerful image transform and process function: zoom, rotate, level and curve transform, image balance , paint, smart image and so on.

7. image compare function.
